Are you ready to be part of a movement of 225,000 young people working together to solve the climate crisis?
We're offering an exciting training opportunity for high school students who want to be part of creating a safe climate future.
The Student Climate Leadership Program enables you to gain the skills, networks and knowledge to lead climate action in your community, learn campaigning and organising skills to build our movement, and work with like-minded young people so we can tackle the climate crisis together.
In term 2 2021, the Student Climate Leadership Program will be run online and is open to all students in Australia.
The program will run from April to June and requires you to commit to 2 weekend launch sessions, weekly training workshops, and volunteering to be part of an AYCC campaign in your area. You can gain skills in leadership, change-making, campaigning and communications, and lead strategic campaigns for climate justice!
Applications close at midnight on the 11th of April 2021.
Follow the links below to learn more and submit your application.
Please note that the Student Climate Leadership Program is highly sought after and places are limited. If you are unsuccessful in securing a place in the Program in term 2, you will be contacted with other opportunities to get involved with the Program and other AYCC initiatives.
