Our in-school climate justice workshops and presentations that use a peer to peer approach, and are delivered by our passionate youth facilitators. The workshops are designed to spark students’ interest in climate change and solutions, and how they can lead climate action in their school and community.
The workshop and presentations will cover the Australian Curriculum’s Cross Curriculum Priority of Sustainability and its organising ideas of systems (OI.3) world views (OI.4) and futures (OI.6, OI.7, OI.8, OI.9). They can also fit into key learning areas, including Humanities, Science, English, Geography and Social Sciences.

COST
In order to cover our costs for resources and training our volunteers, we ask for a donation of $150 per workshop.
However, we want to make these workshops accessible to any school, no matter where they are so are talking to local councils to sponsor workshops so more schools can be part of our program - we will let you know if your school is eligible!
Are you a student who is part of an environmental club at your school, or interested in starting one? We may be able to offer you a workshop for free!
WHEN
We need at least 2 weeks notice to book in a workshop. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to run a workshop on your preferred date; however, we will work with you to find something that works for our needs and yours.
We are currently offering workshops for 2023.
